ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ពៅ ហេង មេបញ្ជាការយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ បានថ្លែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្រោមអាណត្តិដឹកនាំដោយប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីនដែលបានអញ្ជើញមកកាន់បញ្ជាការដ្ឋានយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ នាពេលនេះ ហើយឯកឧត្តមមេបញ្ជាការ បានសម្តែងនូវការអរគុណយ៉ាងក្រៃលែងចំពោះការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំនិងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានកន្លងមករហូតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្នក្នុងការចូលរួមគាំទ្រដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងទំនុកចិត្តក្នុងតំបន់ ក្រោមយន្តការអាស៊ាន។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមមេបញ្ជាការ ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនប្រតិភូក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានអំពីការវិវត្តថ្មីៗនៃស្ថានភាពព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃផងដែរ។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On Monday, July 27, 2026, at 09:00 AM, Lieutenant General Pov Heng, Deputy Commander of the Royal Cambodian Army and Commander of Military Region 4, received a courtesy call and held a working discussion with the ASEAN Observer Team – Cambodia (AOT-KH), led by Commodore GLENN Z DIZON, Head of Mission of the ASEAN Observer Team (HOM AOT) from the Philippines to Cambodia, under the facilitation of the Cambodia Liaison Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in Siem Reap province.
On this occasion, Lieutenant General Pov Heng, Commander of Military Region 4, extended a warm welcome to the ASEAN Observer Team in Cambodia under the leadership tenure of the Philippines upon their arrival at the Headquarters of Military Region 4. The Commander expressed his profound gratitude for the steadfast commitment and ongoing efforts of the ASEAN Observer Team in supporting the promotion of regional peace, stability, and confidence-building under the ASEAN framework. Furthermore, the Commander briefed the AOT delegation on recent developments regarding the Cambodia-Thailand border situation.
In response, Commodore GLENN Z DIZON, Head of Mission of the ASEAN Observer Team (HOM AOT) from the Philippines to Cambodia, expressed his sincere appreciation to Military Region 4 for its continuous facilitation and provision of favorable conditions for all missions to conduct observation, verification, and reporting along the Cambodia-Thailand border following the entry into force of the ceasefire. He also reaffirmed a high level of commitment to fulfilling this vital mission of observing, verifying, and reporting on the actual situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border.
Cambodia consistently provides full support and strengthens the role of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) in ensuring the implementation of the ceasefire between Cambodia and Thailand, in order to promote transparency, build mutual trust, and protect the lives of citizens. At the same time, Cambodia always welcomes friendly nations to dispatch observers or participate in assisting with peace-building efforts.
The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm, sincere, and unwavering commitment to fully and faithfully respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) on December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand on October 26, 2025, and all other relevant agreements. This commitment is made with the aim of ensuring rapid recovery and restoring normalcy, and long-lasting peace and stability.
