យោងតាមការបង្ហោះផ្សាយរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិបានឲ្យដឹងថាលោកជំទាវឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាបានបញ្ជាក់ថា នៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ទី២៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ៩:៥០នាទីព្រឹក ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ដឹកនាំដោយប្រធានបេសកកម្មក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT HOM) ហ្វីលីពីន ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍អំពីស្ថានភាពព្រំដែននៅតំបន់ច្រកអូរស្មាច់ ក្រុងសំរោង ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ធ្វើការពិនិត្យលើការគោរពនិងអនុវត្តវិធានការទាំងអស់ក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមានផងដែរ។
កម្ពុជាតែងតែផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងដល់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន(AOT) ព្រមទាំងសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើសារៈសំខាន់មិនអាចខ្វះបានក្នុងការពង្រឹងតួនាទី និងអាណត្តិរបស់ AOT ដើម្បីផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់និងធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ក៏ដូចជាវិធានការនានាដែលបានឯកភាពគ្នារវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃឱ្យបានពេញលេញនិងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពសំដៅលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព គណនេយ្យភាពនិងការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកនិងតែងតែស្វាគមន៍ដល់បណ្តាប្រទេសជាមិត្តដែលមាន បំណងក្នុងការចូលរួមជួយលើកិច្ចការនេះបន្ថែមទៀត។

On Saturday, 23 May 2026, at 09:50 AM, the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia has facilitated the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), under the leadership of the Head of Mission (AOT HOM), to observe, verify and report on the border situation in the area of O’Smach International Border Checkpoint of Oddar Meanchey Province, as well as to review compliance with and the implementation of all stabilization measures outlined in the Joint Statement since the ceasefire came into effect.
Cambodia has always continues to provide its full support to the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), emphasizing the essential need to strengthen the AOT’s role and mandate. This ensures the ceasefire and agreed measures between Cambodia and Thailand are implemented fully and effectively. By welcoming friendly nations to assist in this task, Cambodia aims to promote transparency, accountability, and mutual trust.
The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm, sincere, and unwavering commitment to fully and faithfully respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thai General Boundary Committee (GBC) of 27 December 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand of 26 October 2025, and all other relevant agreements. This commitment is made with the aim of ensuring rapid recovery and restoring normalcy, peace, stability, and security for the populations living along the border areas of both countries.
